Refund Policy

HoneyBasket brings you Genuine products, with out any adulteration.

Damaged Package: Inspite of Innovation and care in the Packaging, Unfortunately if the package received is broken , please take a snap of the picture and send us Whatsapp/Mail to customercare@honeybasket.in. (SUBJECT: Damaged Package: Name, Phone Number, Order Date), We Ensure to resend the Package with no additional charges. Packaging and logistics will be initiated immediately. If you want a refund of the same Package, please do mention the same with your account Details, money will be refunded.

Different Order: Incase if you have not received the order what you have placed the order for. Please Whatsapp/Mail to customercare@honeybasket.in (SUBJECT: Different Order: Name, Phone Number, Order Date). We will validate the order details and re-send the difference order. If you want a refund of the same Package, please do mention the same with your account Details. Refund Money will be initiated after we receive the logistics proof from your End(Just share the Tracking Details).

Cancellation policy:

As the  order is submitted, initiates packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product the earliest possible. No cancellation of products is possible.
